Parents: Are you looking for a tax receipt to be applied towards the "Fitness Tax Credit"? The Canadian government has provided information on their website, specifically for this tax credit - http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/whatsnew/fitness-e.html. Your 'yellow copy' from last year's 2007 registration form is your copy of the receipt. This needs to be sent in with your tax papers, if you are claiming the tax credit. Please retain your registration copies in the future for this purpose. If you require a copy for 2007, please email the soccer office with your last name and child's first name.
