2010 OUTDOOR SOCCER REGISTRATION
Please note that discounts only apply to 3rd child (or more) at 50% off fee at that time

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION ends January 15,2010.
Ages 4-12 (born 2006-1998)

*Ages 13-16 (born 1994-1997) and older $230
*The Oak Ridges Soccer Club will be entering a team(s) in the YRSL Recreational Division (travelling House League) for players 13 or older

Regular fees will apply until March 31st,2010.

1.Register at the Club Office. Payment can be made by cheque,cash, Visa, Matercard or Debit Card.

2.Forms and Fees can also be mailed (see mailing address on main page- do not send cash, cheque only).
Forms can be downloaded in 'Registration Zone' on menu.
3.ONLINE REGISTRATION   is now available. (VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted)

Refund Policy (as indicated on the Registration form);

Ø REFUNDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AFTER June 1st, 2010 for OUTDOOR

Ø The club reserves the right to move players from one team to another within the club.

Ø Requests for players to be assigned to any one specific team (house league) will be at the discretion of the CLUB.

Ø Player/Parent/Guardian are responsible for insuring that protective shin guards are worn at all times during sessions and that players are in good health and have sufficient medical coverage.

Ø A minimum 25% administrative surcharge for all refunds.
Ø Requests for refunds will be handled through the ORSC office.

Ø A $25.00 fee will be charged for all NSF cheques.


Fee includes:
Club Ball and Club T-Shirt Water Bottle 'new' distributed at start of season with uniforms by Coaches)

Complete uniform (Jersey, Shorts, and Socks)
Individual and Team Photos*
Participant Trophy*
End of Season Banquet/Picnic
*Photos and trophies wil be distributed at the End of Season Banquet/Picnic

What you will need to provide?
Soccer Shoes
Shin Pads
Enthusiasm!

Game Nights:
A TENTATIVE PLAYNIGHT SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED SOON!
ALL GAMES WILL PLAYED BETWEEN MONDAY AND FRIDAY
GAMES WILL START AT 7:00PM (UNTIL AUGUST WHEN THEY CHANGE TO 6:30PM).
Coaches will ask players to arrive 15-30 mins prior to game time for a practice/warm up.

Academy/Soccer Camps:
HOUSE LEAGUE PRACTICES AT DISCRETION OF COACHES AND PARENTS
SATURDAY MORNING 'DEVELOPMENT CLINICS' RUN BY QUALIFIED COACHES 'NO EXTRA CHARGE'
Clinics will run for 8 consecutive Saturdays starting May 29, 2010.

Fields:
ALL games will be played within the boundaries of our Oak Ridges community, bounded by Stouffville Rd. to the South, Bathurst to the West, Bayview to the East, and Bloomington Rd to the North.

Ages:
4-16 as determined by the calendar year of each participant's birth (Born 2006-1994)
Divisions for AGES 4 and 5 will be mixed
ALL other age groups will be split by gender*
*depending on number of players

Coaches:
All coaches will be volunteers
Mentor coaches will be available to help/assist with volunteers duties and responsibilities
Volunteer Screening is a necessary requirement, and outlined by the ORSC's, York Region Soccer Association, and the Ontario Soccer Association stated policies.
